My name is Toks, I am a British Ifbb pro female bodybuilder,born in Watford England in the 60’s of African descent, I gained my pro card in 2020 Muscle fest Romania. Prior to winning my pro card I have won bodybuilding competitions internationally and nationally My achievements so far. 2015 Mr and Mrs Britain NABBA 2nd Place 2015 NABBA South East Britain Trained Figure 2nd Place 2016 NABBA UK Championship Overall Ladies Winner 2017 NAC Miss Physique Bodybuilding 2nd Place 2017 NAC Universe Physique 2nd Place 2017 WABBA Bodypower UK 2nd Place 2018 NAC World Championships 2nd Place 2018 NAC UK Open Overall Ladies Winner 2018 NAC Open British Championship 1st Place 2018 NAC Miss Physique 1st Place 2020 NPC Worldwide European Championship 5th Place 2020 Two Bros Pro England Regional 1st Place 2020 NPC Romania Muscle Fest. Currently based in Baltimore Maryland.
I been a personal trainer wellness and fitness coach for the last ten years coaching and training lifestyle clients to Athletes Posing coach for the last 3 yrs I hold a Bsc in sociology and level 3 diploma as a personal trainer.
Fun facts about me I love pole dancing I ran a pole dancing school for 5yrs.
